Credit Validity

• Validity Period: Purchased credits are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
• Expiration: After this period, unused credits will automatically expire and can no longer be claimed or refunded.

Purchasing and Using Credits

• Payment Method: Payments for credits are made exclusively through Stripe, ensuring secure and reliable transactions.
• Purchase Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to you after your purchase is completed successfully.
• Minors: if you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian before any purchase on DiscordGate (credits or featured placement).
• Credit Application: Credits can be used for AI-powered tools such as the ad generator, announcement generator, and rules generator, and for Server Builder plans (bought credits only, see Server Builder).
• Non-Transferability: Credits are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money or other products/services.

Refunds

Credits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in specific cases that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team, and the Server Builder's automatic refunds described in its section.

Featured Placement

• What you buy: your listed server is shown first in the DiscordGate directory, on the home page and in the searches that match it, with a "Sponsored" badge, for 7 days (€3.99) or 30 days (€11.99), VAT included. During that time it can also be bumped every 2 hours instead of 4, which can raise it in lists sorted by recent bumps. No number of visits, clicks or members is guaranteed.
• Start and renewal: the placement starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. If the server is already featured, the new period starts when the current one ends. Nothing renews automatically.
• Limited places: three servers per language can be featured at the same time. When all places are taken, buying is unavailable until one frees up.
• Listing language: the place you buy is the one of your listing's language. During the placement, and while a payment is in progress, that language cannot be changed.
• Eligibility: the server must be published, have the DiscordGate bot, not be marked 18+ and comply with our terms of use. Servers that sell in-game currency, Nitro, accounts or boosts cannot be featured. We may end a placement that breaks these rules and refund the days not yet provided.
• Right of withdrawal: by asking for the placement to start immediately, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, which is the case for the 7-day plan. For the 30-day plan, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase by writing to [email protected]: we refund the days not yet provided, and the placement ends.
• Ranking: sponsored servers are always labelled as such. The rest of the directory is ranked by our usual criteria (relevance to the search, activity and popularity). A payment does not change them, apart from the shorter bump interval described above.

Server Builder

• What you get: a plan for a Discord server (channels, roles, permissions, rules and welcome messages, onboarding, AutoMod), designed and written by AI from your answers. You review and change it before anything is created; our DGate Builder bot then builds it in an empty server you own. Building it, and undoing the build within 7 days, cost nothing more.
• Price: your account's first plan is free, once per account, if your Discord account is at least 30 days old. Every other plan costs 25 credits, taken when you ask for it. Only bought credits can pay for a plan: welcome and gift credits cannot.
• Included: every plan, free or paid, comes with 3 regenerations (the whole plan, or only its texts, keeping your changes). When new texts cannot be written, the plan stays as it was and the regeneration is given back. When a generation fails on our side (the AI service does not answer, or the plan fails our quality checks), you can try again for free, without using a regeneration, within a limit per plan; past it, you start a new plan.
• Automatic refunds: the credits of a paid plan go back to the packs they came from when the plan cannot start (the request is refused when you send it), when the AI refuses to create the server (it cannot be generated again), or when the daily AI capacity, the service's or your account's, is reached before the plan's first generation starts (the plan is then closed). Once a plan has been delivered, its credits are not refunded, including when a later regeneration fails or is refused.
• Limits: a number of plans and of AI spending per account and per day, and a daily AI capacity for the whole service. When one is reached, the plan is refused before any credit is taken, and you can try again the next day; reached while your plan waits for its generation, its credits are refunded (see above).
• Your server: the plan is generated by AI and may contain mistakes: you check it before the build. We refuse servers that break our terms of use (adult content, scams, hate, account or currency selling, among others). The server, and what happens in it, remain your responsibility and must follow Discord's terms.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect upon publication.
